Select the type of inspection that you need and then follow the prompts. Once I get to my office and approve the appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email and text. You will then get an email with a link to the inspection information form. Fill out and submit this form so that I can generate the contract and the invoice with the pre-pay discount.

Due to the prevalence of fraudulent online bookings, we require that you provide a credit card at the time of reservation. A cancellation fee of $50 applies if the inspection is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment and the slot remains unfilled. Should you cancel more than 48 hours before the inspection, no fee will be incurred. However, cancellations on the day of the inspection or failure to appear will result in a $135 cancellation/no-show fee. Your credit card information is securely stored with SQUARE service and is only utilized for late cancellations. The card may also facilitate online payment for services rendered.
